ABOUT ME

Welcome! I'm Daniel, a visual storyteller driven by photography, videos and editing (and motorbikes!).

Having worked in different corners of the globe, I am fluent in three languages but I've found that the universal language of moving images allows me to connect with people from all walks of life.

​

While my career initially flourished in Education and Business across South America, France, England and Wales, Covid compelled me to reevaluate my priorities: I now work camera in hand.

​

Today, nestled in West Wales, I teach digital skills and psychology and I channel my passion for captivating video and photography projects, from weddings to school videos and business projects.

​

My video visual style is rooted in empathy so, video camera in hand, you will barely notice me.  I try to mirror this with my photography but sometimes, photo camera in hand,  I pose my couples if traditional pictures are needed to keep posterity happy!  So I let the wedding roll, but I take control when key pictures are to be taken for a lifetime keepsake. 

 

This is why I combine video and photography: the video arises from natural moments while photography is necessarily more staged to get the right pictures, especially if you like...natural shots.  As you can see from my picture, I am not new to this game...
